Harrison Named WBCA Honorable Mention All-American

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Senior guard Jordan Harrison of the West Virginia University women's basketball team has earned Honorable Mention status on this year's Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-America Team, the organization announced.
Harrison is the 35th All-America selection in WVU program history and is the 15th player from the Mountaineer women's basketball history to be named to an All-America team.
In 34 contests this season, Harrison led the Mountaineers in steals with 110 to sit in second in the program's record book for steals in a season. She finished as the only Big 12 conference player to average over 3.0 steals per game at 3.3. She also finished the season with 178 assists.
Harrison was also named the Big 12 Conference Defensive Player of the Year while picking up All-Big 12 First Team and Defensive Team honors. She was also a finalist for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year.
She finished her career with 1,756 points, 668 assists, 480 rebounds, and 346 steals.
