Kyle Bratke enters his fifth season with the West Virginia wrestling program after being named the director of wrestling operations in June 2021.
Bratke's roles with the wrestling program include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, scheduling and organizing events, assisting with social media, communicating with fans, alumni and boosters and working hand in hand with the WVU Athletics staff.
Before WVU, Bratke spent the previous seven years working for sports media company, FloSports. During his time at FloSports, Bratke worked specifically with FloWrestling and FloFootball, where he managed social media accounts, created content for the web and social media and appeared on shows.
A native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, Bratke earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University in 2014. He earned his master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida in 2020.
Bratke and his wife, Olivia, reside in Morgantown with their son, Hayden.
