Wilson’s 2-Under-Par Day Jumps WVU Two Spots

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University senior golfer Kaleb Wilson shot 2-under-par on Tuesday to jump the Mountaineers two spots in the team standings at the Big 12 Golf Championship in Hutchinson, Kansas.
Wilson's round of 68 puts him 52nd in the individual standings at +9. Westy McCabe shot +2 today and is now at +5 in 38th place, while Ryan Leach shot +3 and Jack Michael was +4. Both are tied for 64th place at +12. Nick Turowski shot 5-over-par in today's third round and is +19 for the tournament.
West Virginia jumped two spots in the team standings to 14th place after shooting +7 on Tuesday. The Mountaineers are three shots ahead of No. 48 Colorado and five shots ahead of Houston.
The fourth and final round will begin on Wednesday morning. WVU will begin its round with tee times starting at 11:15 a.m. ET.
