MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Three Mountaineers from the West Virginia University men's and women's diving team compete at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships at Lejeune Hall in Annapolis, Maryland, on March 9-11.
Redshirt senior Glenn Eloriaga, senior Abigail Sullivan and sophomore Levi Hellmann will represent WVU in Maryland. Each diver will compete in all three events: 1-meter, 3-meter and platform.
This is the first career appearance for Hellmann, while Sullivan and Eloriaga each make return trips. Eloriaga missed the majority of last season due to injury and Sullivan makes her fourth consecutive trip to zones.
Sullivan is the only one out of the trio who has qualified for the NCAA Championships. She placed fifth on platform in 2024 to become the first female WVU diver to qualify for the NCAA Championships in any event since 1984.
