Jake Prady joined West Virginia University Athletics as an Associate Director of Development for the Mountaineer Athletic Club in July 2025.
Prady served as the Assistant Director of Development at Kansas State from March 2024 to June 2025. In this position, Prady maintained relationships with Kansas State Athletics donors, led the Steer-A-Year Program that raised over $120,000 and oversaw the Ahearn Fund Advisory Committee.
Prior to joining the Wildcats, Prady worked in the Mountaineer Athletic Club as a Development Assistant for one year. This position allowed him to engage with Varsity Club members, assist with the season ticket renewal process and execute MAC events throughout the year.
Prady also served as a graduate assistant with WVU football with the equipment team, and he served as an undergraduate student assistant running backs coach at WVU for three years.
Prady graduated from WVU in 2021 with a B.S. in business administration and earned an M.S. in sport management in 2023.
