
WVU Heads to Fairfax for Dalton Ebanks Invitational

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University track and field team travels to Fairfax, Virginia, for the Dalton Ebanks Invitational, hosted by George Mason, on April 3-4.
Competition is set to begin at 12 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The Mountaineers return to action following a strong showing at the Raleigh Relays, highlighted by Annishka McDonald's school-record performance in the high jump. McDonald cleared 1.85 meters to set the WVU outdoor record and now holds both the indoor and outdoor program marks.
West Virginia also saw strong distance performances in Raleigh, as Joy Naukot placed third in the 10,000 meters, while Mercy Kinyanjui recorded a fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
