Blake Bowers joined West Virginia University Athletics as a creative content producer in July 2025.

Prior to joining WVU, Bowers served as the assistant director of creative media at Mississippi State. While at Mississippi State, Bowers developed creative content plans and completed video projects that included pre-production planning, script writing and storyboard development.

Bowers earned a B.S. in journalism with a minor in marketing from West Virginia University. While pursuing a B.S. in sports management, Bowers served as a graduate assistant in the digital media department at WVU.
