
CSC Academic All-District Men and Women’s At-Large Team Released

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2026 Academic All-District At-Large Teams for both men's and women's sports on Tuesday, which featured 10 Mountaineer student-athletes.
Ryan Leach and Nick Turowski of the golf team, Brody Conley of the wrestling team, Lauri Syrja and Jennifer Kocher of the rifle team, and Addison Dobson, Raquel Iga, Alexis Mitchell, Grace Terlion and Teegan Wendley of the rowing team each collected the honor.
The Mountaineers had one student-athlete, Leach, earn a perfect 4.0 GPA in business.
Dobson earned a 3.9 in sport, exercise and performance psychology, Iga a 3.9 in chemistry, Mitchell a 3.9 in health services administration, Terlion a 3.9 in supply chain management, Kocher a 3.9 in psychology, Turowski a 3.9 in business, Syrja a 3.8 in agribusiness management, Wendley a 3.5 in animal and nutritional sciences and Conley a 3.5 in coaching and performance science.
Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First, second, and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced for women at Noon ET on Tuesday, July 7, while the men will be announced on Wednesday, July 8.
