MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Redshirt sophomore Ty Watters of the West Virginia University wrestling team will compete in the 2025 National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) All-Star Classic at Jersey Mike's Arena in Piscataway, New Jersey, on Nov. 1.
Watters will face Stanford's Daniel Cardenas at 157 pounds. Watters makes his second appearance at the All-Star Classic after competing in the event last season. He lost to Penn State's Shayne Van Ness, 16-4.
