Keegan Hartman joined West Virginia University Athletics as an assistant director of graphic design in November 2025.
Prior to joining WVU, Hartman served as a graphic designer for Missouri State University. In this role, he led the development and execution of a refreshed brand identity across digital platforms and uniforms.
Hartman also served as a graphic designer for Indiana Wesleyan University after working as a social media producer with the Birmingham Stallions and the New Orleans Breakers in the United States Football League (USFL).
Hartman earned a B.A. in mass communications from the University of Missouri.
