Caroline Bond first joined the WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in July 2022 and now serves as a Digital Media Creative Assistant.
In her current role, she is responsible for the creation and development of WVU's digital initiatives on social media, video and web.
Previously, Bond served as a Digital Media Graduate Assistant, where she was the primary content creator for the WVU women’s basketball team. In this role, she was responsible for working with coaches, student-athletes and the sports information director to produce content for internal and external promotional efforts.
Also as a GA, Bond helped manage the Digital Media creative intern program, scheduling interns to help capture photo and video for various WVU Athletics events.
Bond got her start at WVU as a social media assistant in 2020. In this role, she created social media audits and reports, operating alongside the Director of Digital Media to create digital content for University social media pages.
The Cape Carteret, North Carolina, native earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in advertising and public relations, as well as a minor in marketing, from WVU in May 2022.
She resides in Morgantown.
