• Played high school football for two years, first as a reserve defensive end as a junior and earning a starting spot as a linebacker as a senior
• Earned all-state first team as a senior by Alabama Sports Writers Association
• Led team to a 10-3 record, including 7-0 through regional games and the 2024 7A AHSAA semifinals
• Tallied 97 tackles, including 65 solo stops, and eight sacks his senior season
• Added 12 quarterback hurries, an interception, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and two passes defended
• Recorded a season-high 12 tackles, including six unassisted tackles and a sack against Opelika
• Finished with 11 tackles, including seven solo stops, and a forced fumble against Parker
• Registered 10 tackles, including six solo stops, one quarterback hurry and a pass breakup against Western
• Member of the Bucs’ defense that held their opponents to 15.7 points per game
• Starred on Hoover High basketball team, helping Bucs win back-to-back 7A state championships
