ADA Ticketing and Seating
Wheelchair Seating
- Wheelchair seating is located at the top of section 102 and section 108. Tickets should be purchased in advance and are reserved for persons using mobility devices and their guest. Storage for wheelchairs and other mobility devices is not available.

Ticketing
- All seating is reserved. The WVU ticket office is located in the WVU Coliseum and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Monongalia County Ballpark ticket office is open the day of home baseball games starting at 9 a.m. For more information, call 1-800-WVU GAME or visit WVUGAME.com.
Ticket Exchange for Wheelchair or Ambulatory Seating
- Guests may exchange tickets at the Kendrick Family Ballpark Gate A ticket booth beginning 60 minutes prior to first pitch on gameday. Subject to availability, the ticket office will use best efforts to exchange the original seats for wheelchair or ambulatory seating. Ticket exchanges are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guarantee that an exchange will be possible as there are a limited number of seats available.
Monongalia County Ballpark Gameday Accessibility and Services
Elevators
- Monongalia County Ballpark elevators may be used by guests with disabilities to access the different areas of the ballpark. All guests must have proper credentials and/or tickets. An elevator is located along the first base concourse. An elevator is located in the Clubhouse behind the Gate C ticket booth.
Food Allergies
- Please be advised that food prepared here may contain these ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
Entering the Stadium
- Guests with disabilities or using a mobility device should enter through Gate A or via the elevator in the Clubhouse located behind the Gate C ticket booth.
Guest Services
- Guest Services is located on the concourse behind section 102. Guest Services handles lost and found, lost children, emergencies and general ticket information. Fans may also report problems or make suggestions at Guest Services.
Restrooms
- Accessible restrooms are located throughout the concourse and suite level and are equipped with baby changing stations. Accessible all-gender restrooms are located on the concourse behind home plate and are equipped with baby changing stations and a chair for nursing mothers.

ADA Parking
- Parking is available free of charge in the parking lots surrounding Monongalia County Ballpark. There are also a limited number of ADA parking spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the lot adjacent to Gate A at Monongalia County Ballpark. In order to assure proper use of ADA spaces on game day, the following will be required for admission to parking:
- Valid state-issued ADA parking placard or license plate
- Valid state-issued ADA parking registration card
- Photo ID of the ADA permit holder (the photo ID must match the ADA parking registration card)
