ADA Ticketing and Seating
Wheelchair Seating
- Wheelchair seating is located along the inner concourse. Storage for wheelchairs and other mobility devices is not available.

Ticketing
- The WVU ticket office is located in the Hope Coliseum and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and two hours prior to tip-off on weekend games. For more information, call 1-800-WVU GAME or visit WVUGAME.com.
Ticket Exchange for Wheelchair or Ambulatory Seating
- Guests may exchange tickets at the Hope Coliseum at Ticket Office window located on the concourse inside of the Gold Gate beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off on gameday. Subject to availability, the ticket office will use best efforts to exchange the original seats for wheelchair or ambulatory seating. Ticket exchanges are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guarantee that an exchange will be possible as there are a limited number of seats available.
Ticket Exchange for Tickets Purchased on the Secondary Market
- Guests may exchange tickets at the Customer Service window located inside the Coliseum concourse near the Gold Gate entrance on gameday beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Subject to availability, the ticket office will use best efforts to exchange the original seats for wheelchair or ambulatory seating. Ticket exchanges are handled on a first-come first-serve basis. There is no guarantee that an exchange will be possible as there are a limited number of seats available.

Access/Automatic Doors
- All gates are accessible and have automatic exterior doors.
Assisted Listening Devices
- Assisted Listening Devices are available for loan at no charge for hearing-impaired guests at Guest Services on the concourse. A driver's license, credit card or other acceptable form of identification is required as a deposit. Assisted Listening Devices must be returned at the conclusion of the game.
Closed Captioning
- Closed Captioning will be provided at all home Hope Coliseum and Mountaineer Field athletic events. For use and access, please scan the QR code shown on the video board before and throughout the game to view directly on your phone.
Elevators
- An elevator is located on the concourse at the Country Roads Gate and may be used by guests with disabilities to access different areas of the Coliseum. All guests must have proper credentials and/or tickets. The Coliseum Club is accessible by two elevators from the event level only.
Food Allergies
- Please be advised that food prepared here may contain these ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
Guest Services
- Guest Services is located on the concourse adjacent to the Gold Gate/ticket office and handles lost and found, lost children, emergencies and general ticket information. Fans may also report problems or make suggestions on a special form available from the attendant.
Restrooms
- Restrooms are located along the concourse and all restrooms are ADA accessible. Baby changing stations are available in all restrooms. Additional accessible restrooms are located on the event level, adjacent to both sides of section C12 and in the Coliseum Club.

Men's Basketball Season ADA Permit
- Parking, operated by the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, in the general area of the Hope Coliseum is sold on a season basis for members of the Mountaineer Athletic Club and requires a color-coded permit, which matches the designated areas. For more information on how you can become eligible for permit parking, please contact the Mountaineer Athletic Club at 304-293-2294.
Men's Basketball Single Game ADA Parking
- A limited number of ADA spaces are available adjacent to the Hope Coliseum for $15 per game. ADA permit holders are encouraged to park in the spots reserved for ADA parking only. In order to assure proper use of ADA spaces on game day, the following will be required for parking:
- Valid state-issued ADA parking placard or license plate;
- Valid state-issued ADA parking registration card;
- Photo ID of the ADA permit holder who is present in the automobile (the photo ID must match the ADA parking registration card);
Women's Basketball Reserved Parking
- Parking, operated by the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, in certain areas of the Hope Coliseum is allotted on a season basis and requires a color-coded permit, which matches the designated areas.
Gymnastics, Volleyball, Women's Basketball and Wrestling Free Parking
- Parking is available free of charge in the parking lots surrounding the Hope Coliseum. There are also a limited number of ADA parking spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis adjacent to the Hope Coliseum.
